The role is guided by the client’s long-term care program (such as IRIS or Family Care), enabling you to collaborate closely with the individual or family while adhering to a structured and supportive framework.

Your Responsibilities:

Personal Care: Assist with grooming and hygiene in a manner that upholds dignity and independence.
Light Housekeeping: Support with laundry, dishes, and tidying to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
Companionship: Engage in conversations and activities that foster connection and joy.
Goal Support: Assist the client in achieving personal milestones that enhance their daily life.
