In this position, you are directly employed by the individual receiving care—not by Support Broker Services, LLC. We facilitate the connection between this client and a compassionate caregiver like yourself. The role is guided by the client’s long-term care program (such as IRIS or Family Care), enabling you to collaborate closely with the individual or family while adhering to a structured and supportive framework.
Your Responsibilities:
- Personal Care: Assist with grooming and hygiene in a manner that upholds dignity and independence.
- Light Housekeeping: Support with laundry, dishes, and tidying to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
- Companionship: Engage in conversations and activities that foster connection and joy.
- Goal Support: Assist the client in achieving personal milestones that enhance their daily life.

Schedule & Compensation:
