We are looking for a dedicated Wisconsin-licensed RN to provide long-term, specialized home care for an adult with Lennox-Gastaut Syndrome (LGS). This is your chance to master advanced seizure management and behavioral support in a calm, stable environment.

The Details:
- Pay: $25.00 - $35.75 per hour (set through a participant-directed budget)
- Location: Private residence
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts
What You’ll Do:
- Provide expert seizure management and proactive behavioral support
- Implement personalized care plans with the family and Support Broker Services
- Educate and empower family members and support staff
- Ensure the dignity, safety, and independence of your patient

- A Wisconsin-licensed RN with a passion for neurology, epilepsy, or complex home care
