What Makes This Role Special:
Instead of being one of many in a big organization, you’ll work closely with a single client whose care is funded through the IRIS or Family Care long-term care program. Support Broker Services, LLC helps you make the connection and understand the program, but your employment is directly with the individual—a setup built on trust, respect, and real collaboration.
What You’ll Do:
- Personal care: Help with grooming and hygiene while supporting independence.
- Around the home: Assist with laundry, dishes, and light housekeeping to keep things comfortable and safe.
- Companionship: Share good conversation and activities that brighten the day.
- Personal goals: Encourage your client to reach milestones and enjoy the things they love.
- Errands & driving: Handle grocery runs, pharmacy trips, and rides to appointments or outings.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Patient, upbeat people who want to make a real difference.
- Reliable, responsible, and easy to count on.
- A vehicle and valid driver’s insurance (you’ll travel to the client’s home and run errands).
- Able to travel to Middleton regularly.
- Someone who respects the client’s privacy and dignity.
Hours & Pay:
- Pay: $20.00/hour, funded through the client’s long-term care program.
- Schedule: Part-time and flexible, mostly between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM. We’ll work with you to find days that fit your availability.
- A vehicle is needed during these hours for commuting and errands.
