Evening Caregiver Needed in Middleton – $20/Hour, Flexible Days
Want part-time work that actually fits your schedule — and makes a real difference? This is a one-on-one caregiving position with a Middleton resident, evening hours only, at $20/hour.
What sets this apart: This isn’t agency work where you’re one of many employees. You’re hired directly by the person you’re caring for, so you build a genuine relationship instead of rotating through assignments. Support Broker Services, LLC handles the introduction and guides you through hiring — but day to day, it’s just you and your client. Their care is funded through Wisconsin’s IRIS or Family Care program.
Your responsibilities:
- Assisting with personal care and hygiene in a way that promotes independence.
- Light housekeeping — laundry, dishes, keeping the home clean and safe.
- Real companionship — conversation, shared activities, being present.
- Helping your client pursue their goals and favorite activities.
- Driving to appointments, errands, and grocery/pharmacy runs.
What you’ll need:
- Patience, encouragement, and a genuine desire to help.
- Dependability.
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and a vehicle (driving is part of the job).
- Reliable transportation to Middleton.
- Respect for your client’s privacy and dignity.
The details:
- $20.00/hour, paid through the client’s long-term care funding.
- Part-time, evenings — primarily 5:00–8:00 PM, with flexible days.
- A vehicle is required.
- Ideal for students, parents juggling other responsibilities, or anyone seeking meaningful supplemental income.
Why caregivers stay: You see the impact of your work right away, while building skills — patience, communication, problem-solving — that pay off everywhere in life.
