Caregiver Wanted in Middleton – $20/Hour, Evenings (5–8 PM), Flexible Days
Looking for steady part-time hours that actually fit your life — and work that means something? This is a one-on-one caregiving role with a Middleton resident, evenings only, paying $20/hour.
What makes this different:
You won’t be one of dozens of employees at a big agency. You’ll be hired directly by the person you’re caring for, building a real relationship instead of being shuffled between assignments. Support Broker Services, LLC makes the introduction and walks you through the hiring process — but the working relationship is just you and your client. Their care is funded through Wisconsin’s IRIS or Family Care program.
What you’ll be doing:
- Helping with personal care and hygiene in a way that supports independence.
- Light housekeeping — laundry, dishes, keeping the home safe and tidy.
- Genuine companionship: conversation, shared activities, being present.
- Supporting your client’s personal goals and favorite pastimes.
- Driving to appointments, running errands, grocery and pharmacy trips.
What we need from you:
- Patience, encouragement, and a real desire to make a difference.
- Reliability people can count on.
- A valid driver’s license, insurance, and a vehicle (you’ll be driving during your shift).
- Ability to get to Middleton consistently.
- Respect for your client’s privacy and dignity.
The details:
- $20.00/hour, paid through the client’s long-term care funding.
- Part-time, evenings — mainly 5:00–8:00 PM, with flexibility on which days.
- A car is required for the role.
- Great fit for students, parents balancing other commitments, or anyone wanting meaningful extra income.
Why caregivers stick with this work: You see the impact of what you do immediately, and you build skills — patience, communication, problem-solving — that carry into every part of life.
