Position Overview:
- Pay: $21.00 per hour.
- Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 8:45 AM – 11:45 AM (Total of 6 hours/week).
- Employment Type: Direct hire through the individual’s long-term care program, fully compliant with Wisconsin wage and labor laws. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
- Training:Comprehensive, remunerated training on all medical equipment and procedures will be provided. No prior experience is required; only a desire to learn is necessary.
Responsibilities Include:
- G-tube Feeding: Administer gentle gravity feeds, ensuring the individual’s comfort at all times.
- Seizure Awareness: Remain vigilant and contribute to maintaining a safe and tranquil environment.
- Mobility Assistance: Utilize a gait belt for secure transfers and movement support.
- Personal Care: Provide compassionate and respectful assistance as needed.
- Companionship & Outings: Engage in meaningful conversations at home and, when weather permits, participate in visits to parks or coffee shops.
