While Support Broker Services, LLC is here to help you connect with your client and navigate the program, your employment relationship will be directly with the individual. **Your Responsibilities Will Include:**

- **Personal Assistance:** Provide compassionate support with grooming and hygiene, promoting independence in daily tasks.

- **Household Support:** Create a warm and safe space by assisting with laundry, dishwashing, and light housekeeping duties.

- **Friendly Companionship:** Engage in uplifting conversations and activities that bring joy and connection.

- **Goal Encouragement:** Help your client reach personal milestones and incorporate their passions into daily routines.

- **Errands & Transportation:** Assist with various errands like grocery shopping and pharmacy visits, and provide transportation for appointments or outings.

- Must have a vehicle and valid driver’s insurance, as you’ll need to travel to the client’s home and run errands.

- Willingness to travel regularly to Middleton is crucial.

**Schedule & Compensation:**

- **Compensation:** $20.00 per hour, funded through the client’s long-term care program.

- **Schedule:** Part-time and flexible, primarily between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM. We are eager to work with you to find specific days that suit your availability.

- A vehicle is necessary during these hours for commuting and errands.
