The Role:

A Distinct, Person-Centered Position:
This is a unique setup: you are hired and employed directly by the person you'll be caring for—not by Support Broker Services, LLC. Our role is simply to help make the connection between you and this individual. The work is structured around the client's long-term care plan (such as IRIS or Family Care), allowing you to partner closely with the individual or their family within a clear, supportive framework.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Personal Assistance: Help with daily grooming and hygiene in ways that preserve independence and respect.
- Light Home Tasks: Take care of laundry, dishes, and general tidying to keep the living space safe and welcoming.
- Friendly Companionship: Share conversation and activities that bring connection and daily enjoyment.
- Encouraging Goals: Offer support that helps the client reach personal milestones and enrich their everyday routine.

Hours & Pay:
- Rate: $20.00 per hour (funded through the client's long-term care program).
- Availability: Part-time and flexible. Core hours are generally 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM, with specific days open for discussion.
