What You’ll Do Every Day:
- Provide expert skilled nursing with a primary focus on nuanced seizure intervention and proactive behavioral de-escalation.
- Co-create and carry out personalized care strategies alongside a dynamic, multidisciplinary team.
- Empower family members and caregivers through hands-on education and best-practice coaching that boosts everyone’s confidence.
- Serve as the unwavering clinical advocate in the home, ensuring every interaction honors the participant’s dignity and self-direction.
Who We’re Looking For:
- A Wisconsin-licensed RN who brings curiosity, compassion, and a mission-driven mindset.
- A clinician with experience in neurology, epilepsy management, behavioral health, or complex home-based care.
- An agile critical thinker who thrives in independent settings, far from rigid corporate structures.
- Full compliance with all WI DHS caregiver requirements (including background and registry checks).
