Your Mission:
- Provide expert nursing care with a focus on advanced seizure management and proactive behavioral support.
- Co-create and implement a highly personalized care plan as part of a dedicated team.
- Serve as a clinical educator and guide for family and support staff.
- Advocate fiercely for your patients dignity and independence in every interaction.
You Are:
A Wisconsin-licensed RN with an insatiably curious and purposeful clinical mind.
Experienced or passionately interested in neurology, epilepsy, behavioral health, or complex in-home care.
A compassionate critical thinker who thrives in a one-on-one setting.
Fully compliant with all WI DHS caregiver standards (background checks, registry requirements).
