What You’ll Do:
- Provide skilled nursing care, including advanced seizure response and proactive behavioral interventions.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with a dedicated multidisciplinary team.
- Educate and empower family members and support staff in best-practice care techniques.
- Serve as a clinical advocate and expert within the client’s home, ensuring dignity and respect in every interaction.
Who We’re Looking For:
- An RN licensed in Wisconsin, driven by purpose and clinical curiosity.
- A nurse with experience in neurology, epilepsy management, behavioral health, or complex home care.
- A compassionate critical thinker who thrives in autonomous, dynamic environments.
- Someone who meets all WI DHS caregiver requirements, including background checks and registry reviews.
